Morning all. I am posting from my phone which I never do but I'm way too tired to haul my butt out of bed. And by "bed" I mean couch, because I am still quarantined from Grim and his COVID. He is better but he is still definitely under the weather and testing positive. I am still negative which is a miracle. But I am bored AF. Ugh. One more wee****il school starts though so I need to make sure my to do list is knocked out while I can.

QOTD: If Jurassic Park were a real place (before the problems) would you go? I would! If I thought it were safe I would love to see real dinosaurs!

Good morning and happy monday!! Is everyone ready for the week? I am, lots of good stuff to get done this week before 2023 work travel kicks in for me next week. QJB, I hope you find something that breaks your boredom cycle, you've said that a lot lately so quarantine must be even worse right now...thank you for being a good human and staying locked up even though it's hard!!

I woke up at exactly 1:00 am this morning so I have finished the book I was reading, have played all my brain games and finished one cup of coffee so far. Going to have my second cup and then do today's Rowing and HIIT session, then get everything ready for the crockpot for my chicken today; I was going to make a baked lemon ricotta today after work but maybe I will do that before!

My big "must get done" today is a presentation for a townhall tomorrow and the paperwork to promote one of my team members. I had started the process on Wednesday, knowing how slow these things go with a target of having it done for our q2 (March 1), and then Saturday morning I received a text saying that our americas leader would really like me to have it done by end of today so I can announce it on Tuesday. But it's a very good urgent problem to have so I'm happy about it.

It's a great attitude to have, though so hard to hold onto, sometimes! Congrats on the promotion on your team. It's nice to have good things to celebrate.

Good morning QJB and menuers!

It's Monday. Woo! Well, glad you're still testing negative, and hopefully Grim is on the mend. The boredom though...not fun. But you're almost through it!

Your meme reminded me of a very weird, unsolicited moment from my last apartment. Think I was out walking my dog one day when two obvious gym folk approached me. They offered to help me lose weight through their personal training program. It was awkward and unwanted. Later, I thought about how I could have told them I've lost more weight than both of them! Still, walking around and targeting obese people is creepy.

QOTD- Yep. I would go, ride dinosaurs, and spend all my money feeding herbivores by hand in the petting zoo.

Long week kicking off since I'll be traveling Wednesday and Thursday. Trying to take Friday off, which means cramming more into the other days.

Did get a good bit done this weekend including some of the detail cleaning, so that's good. Who doesn't love crawling around on the ground to clean baseboards?
