Calling All Lurkers!

Hi Everyone, I know it's the time of the year when a lot of people have made weight loss resolutions, so I wanted to say hello and encourage you all to join us on the daily menu thread. We are a tight community and many if us have literally been posting every day for 6+ years, but it's not meant to be a closed group--we'd love to have new people join us.
I know that I really do better when I post here every day. I had two periods of my post-op journey when I was unable to post, and both of those years were really much harder for me. The planning and the accountability mean a lot to me, as well as getting new ideas from people's menus. Plus the friendships I have developed here are truly an invaluable part of my success.
