I like 1923 a lot better than Yellowstone so far!

We really liked 1883. We will also be eagerly awaiting the Jack Reacher sequel, but I don't think that comes out until summer.

Your knuckles sound painful. Hopefully it won't interfere with your workouts and life in general.
I watched the Man from U.N.C.L.E. also. I thought it was entertaining. Those types of shows are good.

QOTD- I got sucked into The Watcher, it's really creepy but I think I have it figured out. 2 episodes left. Books I'm re-reading the Craig Johnson Longmire series.
The scale says I have lost 4 of the 18lbs of regain, I'm not so sure that I believe it. I've made it 2 days in a row at the nature park and have stayed around 1000 calories and met my protein goals. So far so good. Yesterday was hard, I was really hungry all afternoon and did indulge in a Rice Krispies Treat. I don't like feeling like I'm torturing myself, in the short term 90 calories more is not the end of the world. I guess I'm just all or nothing, and trying to be kinder to myself since I can't continue like this. It's a marathon not a sprint I have to keep reminding myself, and it has to be sustainable in the long run.
I am struggling to maintain focus on work, I didn't get much done yesterday and I really need to get this stuff done.
Have a great day everyone!

That still sounds very structured to me! Weighing and tracking and limiting what you eat can be time intensive. Congrats on your loss - the scale will tell over time.
