What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

Hmm. Seems change is in the wind at a lot of companies. I always get the sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach when those 1am calendar planners labeled "Business Update" come through. No one gets work done those days. With the shift in the economy though, businesses have more power again.
Glad your thumb is improving and agree with the trainer on full attention. Even then, box jumps are hard! But then, my legs are shorter than yours, I'd bet!
Glad you didn't crystallize from the sugar.

Good morning all and Happy Friday,
I'm feeling good today about my progress the last month. I'm back on track with eating and hopeful again about losing the last 30lbs before hip replacement. I started PT a couple weeks ago and already see the difference. Biggest PT successes - I can now pick up my right leg to cross my left leg and stand up without my cane. With doing PT and daily exercises, I'm in more pain all the time but it's worth it. In addition to eating habits changing, PT, school starting, handling my health and care for my father, I've felt re-energized in my day-to-day.
I'm excited for the weekend. First though, I need to get a paper done today. Tomorrow, I'm going to temple for the first time in a while outside of special occasions. Afterwards, I'll go to lunch with the friend I'm going with. I'm trying something new and doing a meetup at a pool hall / coffee bar. I used to love to play pool so it will be weird not shooting stick with all that action around. Sunday is family day, overdue errands, and school work. I may be able to catch some of the football games too.
QOTD - iced coffee, sugar free vanilla syrup, stevia. Rarely - Tea with lemon & honey. I'm a big fan of iced tea though.
B: 2 hard boiled eggs, blueberries.
L: turkey cold cuts, cherry tomatoes.
D: PP shake or salad with chicken.
S: cherries.
Pic - A flyer I made for my nephew's 3rd Birthday Party tomorrow. They're bringing in the popular local kids' band for a party at the park.

congratulation son all the accomplishments. And for getting back on track. I know how challenging that can be.
Good you are benefiting from PT. I only had one great PT for my shoulder, any others sucked. Yoga helped my back. But the studio i like moved really far away from me and all close to me have mostly hot yoga. I would die in that.
