Do you eat plain Greek yogurt? It's not sweet at all. If you add a little dill and lemon juice it's almost tatziki

Also, better to go to the doc and get checked out than to assume it's normal pain and it be something serious. You're already dealing with serious issues so no need to make it worse

Keep us updated on your trip to the ER. Hopefully, it is nothing but better to be sure. Did you talk to your surgeon's office to check-in with your new symptoms?
