PP-too bad you have to go into the office to do the zoom meetings when those can be done at home. Bummer. Sounds like you were pretty productive yesterday.

Yesterday we got the news that insurance will stop paying for mom's stint in rehab on Saturday. She is still needing lots of help due to pain so I did submit a request for review with Medicare but don't anticipate that the decision will be reversed. Part of it is her motivation to do her therapies, she will do what is minimally demanded of her but not much mire. I will go over to spend the week with her next week, my other sister the following week. I think me and the sisters need to come up with a plan to get her more independent at home since Medicare does not cover a home attendant but will cover PT/OT services (she will get these).

QOTD: I have watched all of the movie theater Star Wars movies. Otherwise I don'****ch the Star Wars series. I do understand that some are really good.

Accountability: excellent

B: Triple zero greek yogurt with berries and keto granola, cold brew with half n half

L: Asian chicken salad with light sesame ginger dressing

D: Berry chicken salad with light poppy seed dressing

S: 6 pc sf chocolate, protein frosty

QOTD: I've seen them all but that's all I can say about them. I seem to be surrounded by fanatics and I love those people dearly but I do not understand the hype.

Food was less than stellar yesterday and I had a bad tummy ache as payment.

breakfast: 1 pancake

lunch: lean bar

snacks: a few French fries, a few pretzels

dinner: skipped but had a few drinks out

Speaking of breakfast, we checked off a bucket list item: Bob Evans. There are none in our part of the country, and we had never been.

But the list giveth and taketh, because we have added to the list "Never, ever go to Bob Evans again."

Wow surprised. I eat there often. They have a Omelet with Avocado that I really like. The ones in our area are super clean and everything is made from scratch. Their sausage gravy, soups and everything is made in house they never bring in food frozen. Maybe it was just a bad location.
