  • Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)

I in no way would endorse what I'm doing to most folks. I am not as obsessed with tracking that I used to be. Also getting over the "well I already ate something bad for me I might as well just eat what I want and start over tomorrow".

I have major OCD things going on and after working through some of it. Food is a crippling thing for me. If I start really getting obsessive about it I tend to fail.

It's even surprising me. I haven't had a binge in 4 months or so. I guess I am a perfectionist that do or die. Trying to work on that has helped me more than anything.

That's is a great news about losing even when you had to stop Ozempic. Great job. One day at a time. My joints like when I m close to my goal weight. I'm still working on that.

Good morning ~ Sorry to hear about your knee and all the frustrating things - take care! I have a busy day at work, what's new? Blew right past the gym on my way home yesterday without any thought - yes I need the work out, but it's really about the hydro massage right now. My neck is killing me and I think it's from my work desk/chair even though they are ergo fit. I'm so focused for hours at a time, then I'm in pain. I need to get up more often. I already ignore my watch to stand. I need to put my gym bag on the front seat so I remember today. Looking so forward to the long weekend! Sunny and low 60's. Going to clean up the patio area. Maybe pick up a new rug and cushions to brighten up the space. Otherwise it will be the usual - walks, golf, BBQ. Think I will plan a new hike for Monday.

QOTD - No we don't have video doorbell, but I would love a backyard cam! I've seen every kind of creature back there and can only imagine the activity that I miss. The wild animal super highway, lol.
