What's on your Tuesday Menu?
Happy Tuesday Menuer's. Yesterday was just a glorious day out. Wish I didn't have to work, but it was quiet so I got a lot done. Went home made some steak on the grill, replanted some Arctic Raspberries a co-worker picked up for me from the Garden Center he works at on some nights. He's also going to be getting me some Honey Berry plants. The chickens have been laying 10-12 eggs a day and made a huge egg salad this morning before I went to work.
Here is the tulip that bloomed in the house. I just love the colors.
B: coffee with MCT oil and 1/2 cup egg salad with a few slices of steak
L: yogurt with blueberries and a Kimchi cucumber
D: grilled chicken burgers with lettuce, tomato, and onions
I'm going to attempt the stair stepper at the Y tonight after a few rounds of weight machines. I've been wanting to use it, but honestly it's kind of intimidating to me.
Have a wonderful day everyone!!!

Mornin y'all.
yesterday was a lot. I came to post and had something come up and it was left on the page. I had a lot of pain in my left leg all day and had it all night into this morning. I am sick of this, we're going up to the clinic for my rheumatologist. Hoping to get the money I paid out of pocket since they also billed my insurance. If not I'll file a complaint with Medicaid. I hate having to cause a stink but it is what it is.
we also have to go to Walmart. I'm out of coffee. Emergency! Ha ha.
B: quiche and coffee
L: no clue right now.
D: I'm thinking a slider that I have in the freezer and a bag of popcorn
video of the pendant I made last night/this morning since I couldn't sleep.
this is it lain..
I can't believe it bloomed inside. I have several that are the same color, but so far just leaves. My daffodils and narcissus are blooming. I just got my raised bed from Amazon, I need to put it together and get some potting soil. My current raised beds are really hard soil as in clay. Even after tilling them last year it is still not good. There is too much shade and I figured a movable raised bed would work better.
I'll let you know how it works. It's too late to start seeds, but too early for the plants to be in the stores. I may start some easy ones and see how it goes.
Have a great day everyone!

I did have them on a heat mat and a light on them so I think that helped. Not sure what you have on the Western side of the US for potting soil, but if you can find Coast of Maine soils they are great.
You can start things like Kale, spinach, lettuce and other stuff like that inside. To late to start tomatoes, peppers, and eggplant, but most other stuff you can start now. I forget which state you're in Washington or Oregon?
