Happy Tuesday Gang!! Had a great night at the Y and ended up not making anything for dinner. Irvin had a good day at work he and the owner had a talk last week as he was feeling overwhelmed due one job that was out of the ordinary and the owner yelled at him a few times. But he apologized and things are good. I know Irvin likes the job and its rather easy.

One of the New Zealand rabbits had babies I'm not sure how many as I don't want to disturb her, but the nest has been moving for two days now and the Silver Fox had babies last night sometime her nest is also moving so crossing fingers I don't lose any more babies. I think the hay I had given the Creme D'Argent had something in it that caused her to have her babies 5 days early which is never a good thing. We are breeding the Cals and Chins tomorrow and in two weeks we have 2 more New Zealand Does who hopefully will be kitting.

Work has been going well got the folders for the physicals next week done and I have to update the communication board, but that is about it.

On a totally different note one of my step-son's has a friend who deals with clinical trials for different things and apparently there are some going on for a new GLP-3 once a week shot for weight loss. This is apparently the new thing. It works on three different hormones in your body instead of just one like Ozempic, Wegovy and the other ones out there. He is working on getting me approved for the trial and if I do I'll let you all know how it goes.

B: coffee with MCT oil

L: 4oz baked ham slice

D: 4oz sliced roasted turkey with gravy

I'm working on sticking to mainly protein and if I have to have veggies it will be dark leafy greens. Staying away from starchy stuff even sweet potatoes.

Hitting the Y and then cleaning out rabbit cages.

Have a great day everyone!!
