Happy Hump Day Gang!! Yesterday's weather was glorious. I do enjoy warm weather. Wasn't thrilled that I had to work, but it is what it is. Actually, for the next few days it's supposed to be pretty nice. We had a great workout last night at the Y there weren't many people there at all, so we did some extra reps on the different circuit machines and

Irvin is trying to get me to do this machine, but honestly, it's rather intimidating. It's unusual to explain it, but you step up and kneel on this platform that you adjust to a counterweight and then you do either chin up, dips or pull ups. I don't have the best upper body/arm strength, and my left shoulder has an injury from years ago so I'm hesitant to do it because I don't want to aggravate it. He of course makes it look easy, but I do think it would help strengthen my arms. I might give it go tonight if I feel brave enough.

B: coffee with MCT oil and collagen protein

L: 3oz sliced turkey breast with 2 tbsp of gravy

D: 2 cups of spinach salad with cucumbers, red onions, blue cheese, and cherry peppers

Going to Y when I get home from work and then breeding the Californian Rabbit pair.
