What's on your Wednesday Menu?

Happy Hump Day Gang!! The day has started off with nice weather, but I think it's supposed to rain later in the day. The guys were really happy with the Cinco de Mayo stuff I made and today we are making ham, rice pilaf, and cheesy broccoli.

We have a problem child here at work who thinks they don't have to follow the safety rules and protocol we have in place. I've found him performing unsafe activities and reported him. He thinks I'm singling him out, but I have in fact reported a few other people for doing things they aren't supposed to be doing unfortunately what he does is a lot worse and upper management was informed of it not by me. He also has given the plant manager major attitude.

D: probably nothing. I made the pork chops last night and had half of one, but then my stomach didn't want to settle very well.

not feeling really all to well today. Our weather is topsy turvy. I just don't know why I'm feeling really rough.

my bed frame should be here any time and then I get to put that together. I'll probably have a longish day...

we had a mass shooting last week where 10 kids were shot and 2 were killed. One of the kids was 16 and the other 17. This happened at 2 am. Most of the kids that were shot were beneath 18 and they say the shooters are below that mark as well. What the absolute hell is going on in my city? Where and when is it ok for these literal children to be out without any kind of parenting around? WTH? It's kind of left our city reeling. Not even six weeks ago we had 6 gun deaths/homicides in one Sunday early morning. 10 gun deaths so far. But two literal children...I'm flabbergasted. Their parents should have known what these kids were doing in my opinion. My mom would've handed my ass on a platter to me if I were to be out like that.
