Happy Tuesday Menuer's. What a busy morning it has been so far. The outage is winding down at work and the contractors are packing up and leaving. Now to just get the boiler lit and back to burning trash. Overall it went pretty well. Once all the contractors are gone we will go around and clean the rest of the stuff up.

I got a few things done last night one being getting one of the inside cages baby proofed so the California rabbit can hopefully have her babies this weekend. She didn't know what to make of the maternity cage with the nesting box as she is a first time mom, but with a few pieces of carrots she settled in. I have two people who have contacted me about chicks which is great hopefully I can get more sold this week. When I got home Irvin was spreading the pile of loam he got from his job on the front lawn and we are trying to figure out what type of grass seed to get.

B: coffee with MCT oil and collagen protein

L: 3oz roast turkey with 1/2 cup steamed spinach

D: 3oz corned beef with spicy mustard and Swiss cheese

Hitting the Y and then doing some gardening stuff.

Have a great day everyone!!!

Good afternoon y'all.

i'm feeling blah today. My bedroom is mostly done and I'm glad. Washing my sheets now. I am just needing to decorate the fine touches. I want to get a nice faux plant that's fairly big. I can't have real ones.

i'm really ashamed of myself with my weight. I've really fallen off the wagon and I need to give more of a **** than I do. My stomach is all torn up. All the time. Right now I just don't care. Honestly. I don't care about much of anything. I am hoping to get back on track soon. I'm hoping getting my room more comfortable will pick up my spirits a bit. ?

Your cat pics are so adorable. But I'm sorry to hear you've been extra down. Hugs! It is hard to be up when you are dealing with chronic pain issues as well as challenging life issues too. Crossing fingers for you to feel back on track again, it really goes a long way to helping with mood. All the keyboard warriors who said we just took the easy way out with our surgeries have no idea how hard it is for us in the long term.

Your idea of getting a big plant sounds nice and seeing that color should really bring life into your room and making it more comfortable sounds so peaceful and cozy.

Happy Tuesday! It sounds like work is going better this week, yay. You and Irvin have sure been busy working around your place. Crossing fingers for you that you get the chicks spoken for soon.

Nothing much going on atm but Hubby and our son are out doing some target practice today which means a blissful day of quiet and working on projects without interruption, haha. Today I've gotten some scheduling done on referrals the new doc put in (upper endo in June) and I'm waiting for a call-back from the weight loss center to have a 20 yr follow-up and then the appt. with the dietician which I really need. The dr. or assistant PA can hopefully shed more light on my panels.

The tests last week showed my protein levels were very low so I went in this week for more labs and already got the results. Just the numbers and informational links. They were a little concerning. The dr. hasn't had time to review the latest and send a message. The basic lab header was 'Abnormal: 0 immunoglobulins G, A, M.' Could be several causes and also could be multiple myeloma. I'm doubting that but don't doubt that because I didn't take gastric multivitamins for so many years contributed to it. The dietician said at our last appt in '07 or 08, "The best multivitamin is any kind you'll actually take." Sooo, when the military stopped carrying them I took prenatals (which were cheaper) then eventually just a plain women's multi.

Had to wake up early to decorate a tiny birthday cake for our son and only had coffee w/30 cal's of creamer for breakfast. Lunch was my protein shake...at 4 pm I'm still sipping on it. Dinner is planned to be a big mixed salad with 3 oz turkey breast.

Tomorrow, PT again. Can't wait, haha, to see my medical bills start to roll in.

Have a great evening!
