We made it through another week woo hoo!! It was such a rainy, chilly day yesterday. I got home and did the animals real quick then we went to the Y for an hour. When we got home at 6:30 Irvin said he was tired and was going to bed. He was up with me at 4am and the last few days he has done a lot of driving for his job. Three days in a row he delivered 13 loads of processed gravel to a site that they are prepping for asphalt. That's a lot of back-and-forth driving. I can see why he was tired. He slept really well last night and woke up pretty refreshed.

Funny thing this morning Irvin was giving me a hug saying good morning and he said "boy you've lost a lot of weight" and I said "no not really just under 20lbs" he goes "it seems like more than that". Well sweetie I know what the scale says and it's says I've lost 18.4lbs and I still have about 60lbs to be at a good normal weight. It's been 1 month since I've been doing this GLP-3 trial and there was a few days last week that I had a few struggles with some stressful things, but didn't give in like I usually would and mindlessly eat stuff. I look at it this way every 1/2lb lost is a good thing. Slow and steady is keeping me focused.

B: coffee with MCT oil and collagen protein

L: 4oz yankee pot roast with 1/2 cup mashed potatoes

D: 3oz grilled swordfish with summer squash

Will be going to the Y tonight and then getting the trailer hooked up to the Jeep to go pickup some boxes at work tomorrow for raised beds.

Have a great day and weekend everyone!!
