What's on your Monday menu?

Happy Monday Gang!! Boy was it nice not to come into work for a bit, but of course I had a bunch of stuff I needed to do this morning. Due to the heat, I didn't get as much done as I wanted to last week, but still got somethings done. Definitely happy I was home during the heatwave to take care of the outside animals.

Weighed myself this morning and I'm down to 210 making progress slow and steady. Went to my sisters for the 4th for a few hours and I couldn't wait to get back home to my freezer. LOL I only had a bowl of chowder which came out pretty good.

B: coffee with MCT oil and collagen protein

L: 3 deviled eggs with a tossed salad

D: grilled chicken burger with L,T.O and bacon

With the heat we haven't been exercising, but I have been doing things outside so I'll take that as a form of exercise.

It's Tuesday but I'm late in coming here.

i am still in the waiting process. No word about the doctor in Lubbock. Just a few days shy of a month since I was referred. I sent a message to the original doc and hopefully will hear back today. Squeaky wheels get the WD-40. At least I hope so.

i am going back on mounjaro. My blood sugar numbers have been really not good. So I should start Tuesday or Wednesday. My stomach is the same so whatever it is it's not mounjaro upsetting it,

pir neighbor to the south is getting her giant elm trees trimmed Tuesday. We'll not be here for the beginning of it but not for long. They need access to the backyard so we'll leave the gate unloaded, hopefully this won't be an all day thing.

its supposed to be hot this week here. It much cooling at night. Lows in the 70° + range, A few days in 100°+ temps. Booo.

i'm going to try and get some sleep. Haha.
