It doesn't change your mindset and even eating "less" you can work around your tool. I've been watching a series on discovery plus and the lady is doing just that.
also, as an addiction it is very easy to eat around your tool or trade one addiction for another.
I have a friend who had surgery then was prescribed Vyvanse for her BED and that helped her. Not all doctors will do that

Thanks I'll check that publication out!
im not a Lisa but no worries, i don't think I've put my name out there....

Hey! Not to stalk you with tax questions but can you direct me to a resource on how to figure the cost basis of a rental? So Much differing information out there!!

I missed that you were going back. I hope the return is exactly what you need!

Do you have your CapM? I'm starting the class in May and would love test prep tips

Most bariatric surgeons have a team for after care and a team that you can consult as long as you want. My doctor now has 0% knowledge of Any "different"
needs an RNY patient would have and i do not have access to one who does without driving hours

Has anyone had to deal with a high BUN level? Mine just came back high and I'm not sure what to do about it. Unfortunately my surgeons support is t an option :(

Thanks for the lesson! I think the "all whatever food group" is created equal Mindset caught me there. Tangerines are pretty low!

I have a question about your menu, out of curiosity. I know the dietician said no more bananas...do she "approve" tangerines? I am asking more for myself and I've been wondering. I'm not a big fruit person in general but i like citrus!

I love Dunkin' Donuts Turtle love. It's very reasonably priced. It's a dark, which i usually hate, but this is gooooood!

My "recipe" is taking the top off a piece of sams club pizza and wrapping it around one of their hot dogs. I've never done it but I aspire to!

Kemps cottage cheese has a single
serving at my Walmart now. It's like $1.25 has 5 carbs and 19 proteins! They don't have it in the big container so I just buy single serving ones
