i do buy quest protein bars. so maybe i will just stick with them. i buy jay robb protein

i am looking for a recipe for homemade low carb high protein bars i can make.
been losing my regain and loving it.. now i am at 165 pounds, was 183 pounds. doing what is right and exercising, measuring, eating my protein,weighing my foods,and drinking my water, drinking my decaf coffee, writing in my spiral notebook.

hi i had RNY 2003- 16 years out.. my bariatric dietitian just put me on phentermine 37.5 on 11/25/19 half pill now i did the weigh in and i was the same. so now i have to take a whole pill. still not losing weight. why? is my pouch not right? i weight and measure everything, i exercise and still not losing. 1 am 180 pounds. help... thusday i did my elliptical... 60 minutes... 30 minutes on 5, 20 minutes on 8, 10 minutes on 5 for cool down

i have seen about Mediterranean diet. i really never eat bread ,pasta or rice. i was thinking to eat eggs without the yolk, i have bought Rao's sauce, its very good. i do read the RNY menu's.

I had my RNY august 28,2003... I was/am doing keto for almost 4 years now off and on, now i am trying to do more bariatric more than keto. does anyone have a list of foods and amounts i can eat to lower my cholesterol. i am on cholesterol pills but still my cholesterol is high.

i am 15 years post op rny. i been doing keto for over 2 years off and on and lost close to 40 pounds since doing keto. i do IF also.
i had RNY 2003.. lately i wan to eat my son's snacks like animal crackers, fruit snacks, toast,oatmeal. i have been doing keto for a year but lately i just want to get into my 3 year old's son's snacks. how can i stop?. i did gain from it. 6 pounds in a week. i have read where keto people will binge. i think that is me, i have lost lots of my regain from old bad habits. i was 150 now i am back up to 156 pounds last night i checked.

no, i will try lemon juice. my dr prescribed miralax i take it every morning and i take 3 stool softeners as well.
august will be 15 years since my RNY. i have been doing keto for a year. i now have added 2 protein shakes a day. oh i am having big issues of bm. sometimes i want to give up on keto since i cant go bm....
