I had bypass a little less than 3 months ago... I have an awkward question for the ladies. As you lose your weight, does the Fupa go away?? Or just feel like it stays the same?? I have a rather large mid section/trunk/thigh area too and when I lost weight in the past, everywhere else lost weight first, and it was slow for my mid section. but the fupa, ugh I hate it the most.

not at a stage where I can have fruit yet. We have to lose most of our excess weight before we can add fruits, veggies (and eventually) grains.

This is fun, so we just add our food logs? I'm game
Breakfast: Protein pudding (SF pudding and added Protein powder with my FF milk)
Snack: 2 oz of egg salad with a squirt of mayo
Lunch: 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with lemon pepper seasoning
Snack 2 oz canned tuna with a squirt of mayo
Dinner: Going to try this ricotta bake from Egg Face others have told me about (I will have to use cottage cheese because that's what I've got)
I dont use any delivery services or pick ups (haven't tried yet, at least)
