Hello,
I had a VSG in 2013 and on May 12th of this year I had a conversion from the sleeve to RNY , main issue was Barrett's Esophagus caused by an extreme case of Acid Reflux , I did gain weight back during that time. I am 10 days out and its just as challenging as the first time but know good health is on the way!
Thanks,
Joe

Thanks so much! I am currently down 20 lbs since surgery last Tuesday May 12th. Seems like I am dropping quicker when I compare to my sleeve notes. I have been cleared to walk the treadmill so that's where I am getting my exercise for now.

That is fantastic! Planning is a good thing, at the moment on step 2 there are very limited items on the menu for me but it's great to see what I can look forward to!
thanks,
Joe

Hope everyone is well! this site provided great support when I had a gastric sleeve in 2013. I am back since a combination of issues caused me to gain weight back. On Tuesday May 12th I had conversion surgery from a sleeve to a gastric bypass and once again on this well known path, I hope to be able to get it right now with health issues addressed and able to exercise once again which helped me reach my goals the last time. Now I need to figure out how to navigate once again so I can update my information. I look forward to future discussions ...
Best,
Joe
