hello mzjones,  you must be very brave to have surgery through christmas, I live in Sacrmaneto, ca,  - i had my surgery in May 2102, I have lost 105 pounds so far I have aout 60 pounds to go, while my doctor wants my goal weigh at 200 pounds, but i would like to get down to my high school weight of 175.  I go to the gym 5 days a week before work and I just start zuma classes I have always love to dance , I am 55 years old, but i feel like i am in my 20's again.  hope all is well,  if you want to email back my personal email address is  [email protected]..
