do they have masks that cover your entire mouth and nose region? because im a mouth breather at night, and i remember having a nose one for my study and it kept saying i wasnt breathing because i was doing so through my mouth and not my nose.

Yes, there are masks that cover the mouth and nose. One company that makes one is called, Respironics. If you go to (www).cpap.com, then click"cpap masks" on the left column under the compare section. I hope this helps...

You could also try a chin strap. Brittany

This reminded me... I found another use for the chinstap! I used mine the first few nights and quickly learned to keep my mouth shut... my wife wishes that I would learn to learn this for my waking hours as well... Anyway, I sleep with headphones (otherwise the voices in my head keep me awake! :l My headphones are all broken from sleeping with them and so now I use the chin strap to hold my headphones on my ears! Yeah, I must look totally rediculous when I'm sleeping BUT I can breath! gene
