Anyone denied with sleep apnea?

Greetings All I am 4'11, weigh 240, have high blood pressure, joint and back pain, and mild sleep apnea. My insurer, BCBC Blue Options, seems to be fairly swell with wls. Has anyone with sleep apnea of any form been denied approval? Just wondering. I am still in pre-op stage. Thanks. Nia
