Wii Fit Weight Chart

I have no idea why I'm posting this but it represents my weight loss for the month of June.  You can't cheat on the Wii weight unless you tell it your clothes weigh 20 lbs.  Even though it's only 1 month I had to put it on the 3 month scale to squeeze in the graph.  That's Mii in the lower right. I go to the gym a lot.  I just use Wii enough to make sure I hold the household records in the balance games.  My Mii is still chunky too.  Look at that shadown he's casting.

Great job Phil!!!!  I just started the Wii Fit, it is very fun and this is very encouraging!  You are going to be at goal in record time!  Have you figured out a way to get it to go straight from one exercise to another?  I am grumpy about the down time between exercises.  Z....

I don't think it's possible but I'll ask an expert later today.

Done good, Phil!  Keep up the good work!  I lost 18 lbs the first month, but then stalled for a while this month, which brought my average down.  Still, I have 12 days to go before my 2nd month is out, and I seem to be back on track, so here's hoping I do almost as well as you have!

You are still doing awesome.  Even though we spar on occasion I am definitely cheering for you.

This sounds obvious now but the one thing I've learned is that you don't have to shed "all" of your weight to start living again.  Even a few pounds lost will start putting a spring in your step.

Another thing I've learned is not to compare my weight loss with others.  So many things that are out of our control can make a huge difference in the amount of weight lost.  We all just have to do the best WE can and feel good about the weight WE lose.  Any loss is good loss, given the yo-yo thing all of us struggled with before surgery!
