Is oatmeal a full liquid?

I'm 15 days out and need something to eat.  I cannot eat another pureed soup or drink anymore protein shakes -- I need a break and I'm out of ideas?  Anybody think oatmeal thinned out with milk would be ok?  I don't even really like oatmeal that much, but I'm desperate.  I ate almost nothing yesterday and I don't want to do that again today.

My doc said if I could sip it through a straw it was a full liquid.

According to the list of full liquid examples I was sent home with, yes, oatmeal is a full liquid. So is cream of wheat. But, it does note to make them very thin and soupy.

It is for me... but it's supposed to be made with milk...and be sort of liquidy.

Thanks Sami.  I made it with water, bu****ered it down with milk.  I'll try making it with milk next time.

I think it's just for the protein factor. :) I've been using Lactaid milk since my surgery, but regular cottage cheese hasn't bothered me at all.
