Anyone use Costco Vitamins only?

I'm wondering if anyone has compared vitamins available at Costco to those from Bariatric Advantage in terms of ingredients.  I'm running low on BA vitamins and would rather find something comparable than spend the money.

I buy all my vitamins at Costco. I take a multi-vitamin and the B-12 sublingual daily. Since the VSG I've bought all my vitamins and Prilosec at Costco. My 3 and 6 month lab work were excellent with no vitamin deficiencies. Costco often has coupons for their vitamins in the monthly coupon book but I'm sure you already knew this.

Good luck and happy shopping,
George

Thanks George!  More questions relative to what I'm taking:

- MultiVitamin: Do you take it twice a day?  Right now I'm taking the BA twice a day

- B12: Yay! Will look for it

- Calcim : Which one do you take?  I'm never sure which to get, I think we need the calcium citrate?

- Prilosec: Already on the Kirkland version

- Colase: Already on the Kirkland version

- Biotin: I actually get this one from QVC

Thanks again for the response, I was certain someone had done the legwork on this!

Best,
Gloria

Hello Gloria,

Multi-vitamin: I take one (1) chewable in the morning. My vitamin level have been great so my doctor saw no need for me to take more than one.

B-12: The B-12 sublingual at Costco taste great and are well priced. My B-12 level was high in the 3 and 6 month labs but my doctor said this was a good thing.

Calcium: I drink a  lot of milk and eat Greek yogurt (from Costco) and cheese daily so I have not taken a calcium supplement.

Prilosec: I use the Kirkland brand too.

These are the only pills I take. I buy the Costco Gummy Vitamins for the kids. They love them.

Good luck,
George

Vitamins are regulated by the FDA.  They ALL have to meet the exact same standards.

The only real difference is price.  The outfits like BA sell you a bunch of hooey to justify charging about 5 times what they should.  They are in it for the money.

Buy the cheapest vitamins you can, just make certain they are within their dat period.  Some 99 cent stores have been caught selling outdated vitamins, so be very careful about stores like that.  But Costco, Sams, WalMart, etc are reputable, and their vitamins and minerals are perfectly fine.

Yeah old medic is correct most dr.'s sell these in the office. I was going to buy from my dr. but almost had a heart attack when they gave me the cost. My buddy George B set me up with my first suppy and there is a bigggggg differrence in cost. Same here with my labs all were normal I take 2 flintstone multi and 2 sublingal in the morning and I am good.
