So, Sunday nite I found that I had exlax in my cupboard...I said, let me try this...used to work...
I took 2 pieces...by the next morning I started a little...then more then more..I havent stopped yet! I mustve really been backed up! Sorry sounds gross! But feel so much better!!!!

Good for you!!! I added a daily probiotic in my 2nd month and I've been regular ever since!

You poor thing! I had it bad too! I found liquid calcium at Costco that helped me. It's called ReViva and it has some extra magnesium. As long as I take it every day, no more issues!
Also...be cautious with the exlax. My nurse warned me that exlax can be dangerous taken too often because our bowels become dependent on it and eventually won't work unless you take the laxitive!
