Truth time.
Hi all I love my sleeve first off. But I am so freaking out over summer. I wi**** could go spring than fall again. Last year I was 300lbs and did not care if people saw me in shorts or my suit. But loosing all this weight my arms have so much skin hanging on them my legs look like jello and my stomach is a big soft marshmallow jiggles when i walk.
I just want to cover my self up from head to toe which I just might do this summer. My doctor wants to see pictures of me this summer living life but I do not think that is going to happen. I did not think about this before the surgery now I wonder how I will get threw this summer.

So since its prudent to stay out of the sun nowadays, get yourself some long summery sun type dresses, a gauzy long sleeved cover up type shirt and a big summer hat! Take some pictures of yourself with a protein shake in a margarita glass oh and don't forget the big dark sunglasses! Make sure your picture shows you near a body of water even if its a wading pool...LOL!
Like the above poster said, there are lots of ways to hide the skin in clothes.
For swimming - try swim shorts. They are great for hiding those thighs and to me, more flattering than the skirts. Bermuda shorts are also good for hiding the thighs, but look really cute.
Try some shapewear camis to help with the tummy. They look great paired with an open cotton shirt.
Enjoy the summer and your weightloss!
