I loved this post. Adore your honesty. I am not that far out but I can relate to some of the things you posted about. Thanks for checking in and reminding us why we had this surgery!

Highest Registered Weight 369 lbs (but I weighed more, just didn't have a scale! *Giggles*)
Surgery 12/23/10 - 313 lbs Then had a 6 lb gain from having surgery! So I went up to 319

LOVED your post! So open, honest, and cadid! Just what I needed to hear. I'm excited about the procedure, but I'm worried that I won't have the will power to follow the rules... BUT I won't go into this with defeat already on my mind. Thanks to your post and others like it, I know I can get through this! Keep it up! Hope to join you soon!!

Love this post. so many good messages. and you will hit that goal but meanwhile are living life fully and so really you are already at the real goal. congrats. and join the vsg maintenance group (see address below my ticker) if you haven't already.
