Here's the plan:

B: Protein cofee, HB egg, 1/2 slice of chedder
S: Carbmaster yogurt, berries, and a sprinkling of grapenuts (missed it -- maybe I'll have it later if I get hungry)
L: chicken, refried beans, sour cream, on 1/2 of a tomato basil wrap
S: protein shake
D :roast chicken and squash
S: 6-8 pork rinds, 1 slice chedder cheese, 3 slices genoa salami


Vites and anti biotic: yes
Water: 24 so far
Miles: mini zumba class on wii

S - 1/2 bottle of diet snapple (papaya-mango tea flavor)
L - 3 tbsp of this mixture: chicken tikka masala curry w/ 1 tsp Greek yogurt & laughing cow cheese mixed in
S - 3/4 cup hot chai W/equal sweetner (homemade)
D - planning on few cucumber slices w/spicy hummus, 1 slice cheddar cheese

Water: hot teas (no milk), hot cumin water throughout day
Exercise: besides walking in grocery store, resting up today
Vites: all in!

Today is my "off" day of the week. My splurge day! I'm finding since I am in maintenance I can have this one day of the week for whatever I want and not feel guilty about it. It really works for me!

B: Coffee Protein shake (instant coffee, cold 1% milk & vanilla protein powder)
L: Popcorn Shrimp w/tartar sauce, few bites of fries, 1 bite of hushpuppy
D: Papa Murphys take n bake pizza (YUMMY!!)-Chicken Bacon & Artichoke delite (cracker-like crust)
S: Mocha Frappe Protein Shake
Late S: String Cheese & Almonds

Water: 64+oz
Vits: Working on!
Exercise: 3 mile walk + 15 min running stairs (outdoor amphitheater)-over 500 Calories burned

After being sick last nite from the inside of quesidellas; I thought I would go lite this morning..

Weekends are the hardest for me to stay on track so I havent really had much of anything.

B. SLept through again
S. Slept through
L. 1/8 cup chicken salad and boiled egg
S. I was cooking so I nibbled. I had a few peppironi's, one black olive, cucumber, three almonds, and 10 cranberries.
D. Two Baked Chicken Strips, a bite of black eye pea, cucumber salad.

Water.....still needing yikes
