Congratulations!  That was a huge deal for me too!  I couldn't believe it finally happened.

Fast forward less than nine months and I'm on the verge of Onederland.

This journey is a great one - enjoy the milestones along the way - it's not just about making goal, it's about what we learn on the way!

thanks so much.. I am so unbelievably proud of myself and I am so thankful for everyone here..everyone here understands what I am going through unlike friends or family who have never weighed more than 130 pounds..I am definitely enjoying this ride.

I am jumping for joy for you Charmaine!  You are doing so great!  Goodbye 300 is huge - you'll NEVER see a weight starting with a 3 again!!!  Won't be long, 3s,2s,1s!!!  Rock that sleeve!!!!

WOO!!! Congrats to you!! I remember the day I went under 300.. it was the first BIG scale goal I had and it was an awesome feel!
