Is 55lbs good for 4m out?

Just wanted some feed back, some days I feel really happy about the weight loss and other days im discourged.  Seems like I lose in every 2 weeks, not daily.

Everyone loses at a different pace, just as long as you are following your doctors instructions, all is well!

Hell, yes! That's awesome! I would be stoked if I lost that much in 4 months! :)

Ummm...yeah!  You are doing awesome!  FYI.. everyone loses at different paces. I tend to lose over the weekend, some lose everyday, some lose weekly. It all counts though!

You are doing awesome.  I track my weekly weight lose and it has really helped me see a pattern.  I only lose a pound or two a week for three weeks and then right before I start my monthly cycle I can lose 5 or more.  Everyone is different.  just stay with the program.  It gets more and more tempting to cheat as you get farther out.

If I get discouraged about my weight loss....I just remind myself of the last time I lost this much weight in such a short time with no regain.

 You are doing great.  Your surgery was just 2 weeks before mine.  We are at about the same place.  Some people do lose quicker, but there are people who lose slower too.  I think it is great.
