3 weeks out and stalled!!

Im 3weeks post op and ive lost 28lbs and I haven't  lost any weight lately its starting to drive me crazy I started walking on monday but nothing!!! Any suggestions to get back on track!!!

 My only suggestion is to stop weighing yourself regularly, the stall is normal but you will break through it.

Welcome to the 3 week stall!  Mine lasted almost 3 weeks.  I finally started measuring all my food and upped my protein and it passed.  Now I'm losing like crazy. 

Don't worry, it will pass.  I know that doesn't make it less annoying.  But try to be patient.

Congradulations you are experiencing the fustration the majority of anything referring to 3 weeks progress Mentions..Its fustrating and at times discouraging but it will pass!!

just keep doing what you are doing. You have already lost more than I did in the first 2 months combined. My stall lasted 2 and 1/2 weeks of my first month.
Just be patient. That is all you have to do.

You are doing great!

Do a search and put in "three week stall" (without the quotes) and you will find out that you are not alone at all.  Almost everyone does this.

I've been stalled for almost a month.  I weigh and measure my food, keep a journal, measure myself, (1/2 inch in 2 weeks)  upped my water and never have more than 40 grms of carbs. I think I am the one that the sleeve doesn't work for or at least all I'm going to lose I have already lost.  Maybe we should make a club!  or a "stall forum".    Yeah!
