3 weeks out and stalled!!
I've been stalled for almost a month. I weigh and measure my food, keep a journal, measure myself, (1/2 inch in 2 weeks) upped my water and never have more than 40 grms of carbs. I think I am the one that the sleeve doesn't work for or at least all I'm going to lose I have already lost. Maybe we should make a club! or a "stall forum". Yeah!
