My New Food Addiction!
For breakfast, lunch and dinner this weekend (yes, both days), this is what I ate:
1/2 bag of baby spinach
1/4 cup feta cheese
5 medium shrimp
Sauteed spinach in pan w/olive oil. Added shrimp. Added garlic powder. At the very end, I crumbled the feta cheese over it just so it could melt a little.
HEAVEN!!!
**Not even sure of the protein count but I drink a protein shake in the mornings with two scoops of 25g whey protein so I'm always at my number.
