May I ask you the following:
1.) How much you eat and how often?
2.) Do you measure your food with volume?
3.) Do you exercise?
4.) Anything you do special to set you aside from the typical plan of living life after VSG?
I just asked because your doing so AWESOME! I think we are a day apart and I am not as far along as you. I know this isnt a race, but I am open for feedback and new ideas.

I am horrible - I admit it....I don't measure, but I would guess I'm eating about 1/2 to 3/4 a cup at a meal....I usually can only eat about 5 to 6 bites then I start hicupping...thats how I know to stop. I was only eating 3 times a day, however my nutrionist says I need to up my calories so now I try to throw in a 10am, 3pm, 8pm snack. I do exercise, but not every day....I go to the gym after work and do the bike and weight machines. I have a torn meniscus (knee) so it hurts sometimes to walk outside. I try not to eat sweets (they do not make me sick - though I wish they did!!) and I try not to eat too many carbs. Every time I have eaten chicken or eggs I am sick for 3 hours or I throw up so I have crossed them off! This is my typical day:
B: Protein bar (3/4 - cant eat a whole one)

S: Yogurt
L: Lean Cuisine or WW meal (can't eat a whole one though)

S: Nuts

If I go to the gym, I buy a protein shake - they make them there.
