If I feel queasy I eat some crackers otherwise I don't eat them, nor do I eat bread.  Just a personal choice though.  I do eat small amounts of rice and pasta though.  I have even had a piece of flat bread pizza!  Very yummy!!

I started eating wheat bread and crackers at 6 to 8 weeks. Until 10 weeks, I toasted the bread dark with no butter. I use EarthGrains Veggie Fiber bread with only 35 calories a slice. The fiber helps, too. I have only one slice a day and not every day.

Today was the first day I ate bread. I am 3 months and 9 days out.
last week I had for the first time protein chips and refried beans.

Because these are trigger foods for me, I can only do them once in awhile.
However I will eat them, but make sure they are different from before.

That is just me.

Saltines at 5 weeks out.  With mushed up tuna.

Bread just seems "meh" to me... it would take up a lot of room, and it has little or no nutritional value.  Some fruit seems a lot better way to "spend" my carbs.

I had a really bad experience with a mushed up tiny, peeled new potato during my mushy phase...  Full blown dumping!  Bleah!!!!   Haven't had any desire for spuds since.

You seem to be feeling better, I hope so!

5 saltines w/ chili, once in a while.  A piece of toast w/p-butter once in a great while. A very small piece of bread & butter, once in a blue moon.  That's it.
