Wow I am 3 months out already it seems like just yesterday I was starting the pre op diet and now I am eating  regular food just a lot less.  I had the normal stall at week 2 to 3 and since I have lost every week.   I went on vacation and lost weight.  I have went from a size 20W pants and they were a tad snug to a size 16 almost a 14 and for tops I have gone from a size 2X to a L (yes a L no numbers or letters before that L)  I have lost a total of 64 lbs.  I am still trying to remember to slow down and chew my food because if I have any trouble with eating it is usually because I have not did those things.  I am so glad I decided to have the surgery it has been a very exciting and uneventful journey!   I never could have imagined how much I would change in just 3 short months.  I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my sleeve and I wish all of you continued success!

I have the same problem - remembering to slow down and chew chew chew - I have thrown up 4 times since surgery because of it! I have gotten alot better!! I still can't do chicken though and eggs make me sick for like 3 hours!!  I guess it's all a learning process.  If I eat something that gets me sick - I just don't eat it anymore!  I love my sleeve though!! No regrets!! I am wearing a size 16 jeans today and proud to say my Large shirt is tucked in and I have a very cute belt on!! YAY to us!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hugs - Kris

I have just read your note how wonderful you must be feeling fab!!!!! I had an appointment with my surgeon 09/05/11 and we have decided that the best plan for me is a sleeve rather than a bypass, my date for surgery is 14/07/11 I am so excited and can't wait !!!! (that sounds really odd to some people). I hope my journey is as exciting and uneventful as yours, keep going and good luck .
