6 years out, lost 165

How is life for you after 6 yrs of losing weight? Did you have any regain? Did you exercise during the losing stage? When did the losing stage end for you (1 yr or 18 months)? Sorry so many questions... You just don't run into people that have had VSG that far out! You look amazing!

First Major Goal: 220 ( Century Club!!! 100 lbs lost from my highest weight, (Achieved 3/24/11))
Second Major Goal: 198.7 ( Onederland!!! Have not been been there in 20+ years (Achieved 8/4/11))
