ok... so in all sense of it .. back to work ... back on plan 2 days off... sunday and monday.. family gone... enjoyed it.. but was feeling overwhelmed... back on target... eating right... back to work.. the girls at work are keeping me on track... great way to start my day.. .little one still sick.. thats my only down fall.. boo :( everything else.. GAME ON... wish me luck going hardcore this week again... if it works why change the program!!!!!!

* i fell off on purpose... family was here.. enjoying there time... im not apologizing... but i am back on my game... !!!
