Weight Loss

I am 5'9 and weigh 283 as of today.  I started this journey weighing 300lbs.  My question is for the ones who have been sleeved.  For those of you that are 5'9 or close and weigh about the same as me, how much weight did you loose the first 6 months after surgery? 

I am 5'5 and started at 278 and have lost 78 pounds in 5 1/2 months.

If I was as tall as you I would be so happy I would probably be wearing a size 10 or 12 right now.  I fit inot some 14's but mostly 16's and regular size not womens.

I'm 5'10" but I started much heavier than you.  I lost 100 lbs the first 6 months.

My surgeon's expectation is that patients lose achieve 60% Excess Weight Loss (EWL)  in the first 6 months. For your height, 165 is the top of the normal range suggesting at 300lbs you had 135lbs excess weight.  60% of that would be 81lbs.
