I feel so much better about my self. When I was 300 lbs and walked to a store or out side I always looked down at the ground now I tell my self head up you look so much better than you did at 300 lbs.

I love to smile now and my friends keep telling me to keep it up they love to see my smile and my family is so happy for me. I love my sleeve and love the doctor who helped me threw this journey.

Love this group and all the great support.

My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.
