Dukan Diet?

Anyone have any experience of using this diet with a vsg?  It appears to be a low fat varient of Atkins.  I won't be able to read replies until Monday, but don't let that stop you!

Only downer is the book is by a cheese-eating surrender monkey...LOL (honest) 

I think that MiniMeNow (she is mostly on the vsg maic board, but I havent seen her in a while) was trying that.  I am not sure if she responded back with how it was working for her.

Good/bad/fad?  I so rarely watch television, and never any of the morning programmes....
