Hey OH,

Well it's been a full week and I'm think I'm getting it down now. Surgery went really well, no complications and I've been Ive off pain meds for 3 days. Just can't wait to take this Jp drain out.
Hardest part is still wanting to eat or just taste familiar foods.
I'm so over the liquid diet and honestly counting down to the day I can have pureed food.
I did have a break down one day making my kids lunch, I licked a Doritos chip until it was almost transparent. The crazy part is I'm not even hungry, just want to different taste. I know it's all in my mind.
So when I feel like I'm about lose it with cravings, I started to workout out (walking & elliptical) .
This has helped alot and I feel really good.

I notices my face looks smaller and inches have started fall off.
I think I'm going to love my sleeve
So blessed to have all of you and your support.

Wow This licking the doritto thing is quite common on this forum. What magical power is on that doritto chip?

Congratulations! I feel that way now about having different tastes and foods.  For some reason when I have restrictions, I think about, dream about, have a taste for all kind of stuff that I normally wouldn't eat.
