I am going to be 7 weeks out and have lost 25 pounds since surgery. And only 5 pounds since 3 weeks out. What is going on? What am I doing wrong? Why me? I lost the majority of the weight shown on my tracker preop. I feel like going into crash diet mode until Friday but prayed this would take me out of that cycle. Today my meal plan is as such.
B: protein shake missed with coffee and half & half
MS: 1 egg, a sprinkle of cheese
L: 4 oz cod pan fried
D: 4 oz chicken backed
S: sugar free popsicle ** this is typical day for me may add a string cheese in if hungry

Also working out for about 2 hours - 45 min treadmill & 60 min aqua aerobics

Are you working out 2 hours a day? If so, you are eating way too little (IMO, of course). I definitely wouldn't go into crash diet mode. You need to tell the surgeon and dietician what you're doing so they can help you figure out why you haven't lost more in the last four weeks.

I can tell you're frustrated, and I know it feels embarrassing to go to a follow-up not having lost the weight you (and your doctor) want, but if you know you have been following the surgeon's plan, you have nothing to be embarrassed about.

Good luck. I hope you get some answers at your appointment.

I think 2 hours of working out will probably stall your weight alot if you are doing that consistently! Your body will hold the water to build the muscle and weight will come off much slower! However, you are probably losing fat! Just my two cents...

Don't do crash diet mode. Stay the course.   Compare your measurements if you haven't already.

But how about your water?  If you are only meeting the 64 oz minimum I would take it up as much as you can. The more fluids the better.

You might have to few carbs in your diet. I find if my carbs stay to low I stall. You should try a food counter like Myfitnesspal.com to check your intake.
