My first stall
I knew this day would come. I got on the scales today and sure enough I did not lose any weight this week. I was even up a pound. Ugh. I know I have not done so well getting my water in this past week and I have been drinking more coffee (caffinated). Big mistake. I also have had a piece of candy or two and I haven't been exercising like I should. So now I have seen the error of my ways and I know I must get back to a routine. I must plan my meals and make exercise a priority . I am still early out but I need to change my life so I will stay thin after I get there. Please pray for me! Thanks! I really appreciate all the support I get here on OH! I feel like we are all in this together, sometimes doing well and happy and other times not so good. It's nice to have the support.
