My Chicken Weighs WHAT?

I'm a little over a month out and I've been concerned that my portions were too big.  I figured the chicken portions I was eating were at least six ounces.  And of course I'm too lazy to just weigh the damned things, I just eyeball them.  I thought I was stretching the sleeve already and headed for disaster.

BUT NO!  I finally put one of my chicken breast portions on a scale today and.......drumroll........ Only 2 & 3/4 ounces!!!

I AM CONTENT!!!    Apparently that stretching feeling is just normal restriction.

Just a small victory, but oh, well., I'll take it!!

I probably need to revise my protein calculations now, though.

Yep - 3 oz makes you feel like you've had a Thanksgiving feast.

I know what you mean!  It's amazing just how much 3 ounces is!  I am 2 1/2 years out and still do 2 1/2 to 3 ounces of meat with 1/3 cup veggies and maybe 2 tablespoons of carbs.  It's awesome to have control.
