need help with low calorie menu ideas at 7 months post-op
Hi everyone. The wt loss has come to a crawl at 7 months post-op. To be expected of course. Up to this point I really have not counted calories only proteins/carbs. I'm thinking this needs to change in order to get to goal.
The thing is I've never lost my hunger. It's definitely not the same as pre-op but.....
My question is how do I eat 600-800 cal/day and not feel like I'm starving?
Thanks in advance. I LOVE OH and appreciate you all!
Hugs......Jennifer

Before you make ANY changes...spend a few days eating the same way and track what you have been doing...if you do not know what your baseline is you will not be able to really judge the difference in what your changes really are...
I am always suprised by how much lower my cals and how much higher my carbs are than I think they are when I am just flowing along...but tracking my "free flowing eating" often gives me a better picture of what REALLY needs to change...and then I can make smaller changes in a series of steps so I am more likly to be able to live with the big changes...but having a good picture of where I really am starting from helps me to identify the correct changes needed.
Good Luck
