I know my little operation on Tuesday is really nothing so i here. It is only a D&C. i just hate being put to sleep scares me every time. On august 9Th is my hysterectomy I am so thrilled about that surgery to lol.

Some times I wish I should have stayed 300 lbs but than again that would not stop all my surgery's I have had this year. Just venting.

My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

If you are referring to the sleeve on Tuesday you have nothing to worry about. My surgery went smooth as silk,, no pain, minimal discomfort, pain gone in 2 days, 28 days out feel great and returned to preop level of activity. I have had more discomfort going to the dentist than this surgery. Hope this helps and let me know if I can help.

Val, I don't care what kind of surgery, when, what body part, I still to this very day hate general anesthesia. So, I understand how you feel. Fingers crossed, and I'll say a little prayer for you.

I freaked out at my last ob appt when they told me I might have to have the c-section under general anesthesia because my clotting disorder was affecting my platelet counts which can interfere with an epidural. I was devastated, and it's been a long 8 weeks of hoping for good news. Today, we got it, and the daily aspirin therapy is working so I get to have my awake c-section. So, no matter what anyone says, surgery is surgery, anesthesia is anesthesia, so just hang in there chickee ! ! !

no this has nothing to do with me losing weight. it has to do with me never going to a doc lol. i never went to a doc unless i had an infection. So putting off stuff has cost me now. now i take care of me and my health problems. If i dont my weight loss doc yells lol. Or should I say tells me off about me putting things off.
My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.
