Ok.  So I wrote the post a few days ago about taking my measurments.  I told you that I had lost 15 1/4 ", which is just AWESOME to me.

Then today, my mom mentioned something to me.  I only measured one leg, one arm, etc.  Do you measure both?  That would mean more inches, hopefully!

What do you do?

Thanks!

Sheri

That is one way to lose inches fast!! LOL Don't feel too bad, I had the same question at first and then figured out to measure both arms and legs and thighs and calves.

You will see just how amazing you have been doing!!

When I was going to Curves For Women, they only did one side, but made sure to do the same side each time. I always do the side my heart is on to remember.

WOW 15 inches is awesome! Congrats!! Ive been measuring only one arm and leg too! lol I dont even measure my thigh anymore. I somehow wrote down the wrong measurement pre op, and it has me all confused now. Unless I grew 3 inches in my thigh lol

My personal trainer always measures both legs and arms. Kinda weird when one leg loses more then the other, but it happens.

My trainer recommends taking arm and leg measurements from the non-dominant, or weaker side of the body.

I use my left arm and left leg (broke my ankle badly a couple of years ago, left leg is still my weakest limb).
