One year out to day.
My life has changed so much in the past year. I am able to run a mile and run 2 when I want to lol. I am able to run after my grandchild. I am able to get dressed with out sweting like a pig. I can bend over with out holding my breath. Able to put on my shoes and tie them with out my belly getting in my way. I eat better now get full faster and just love to live life. This is the best operation I had it saved my life and I love my sleeve. I am not at goal yet but trying to get there. I work out 7 days a week and I am very happy. Picture on the left was taken the night before my surgery I was 290 lbs. The new me taken to day I am now 172 and still trying to get to 145. I tell everyone if they want wls to get the sleeve. Thanks for all the support in this group.
My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.
Looks almost like mother daughter pictures! hard to believe its the same person! What an inspiration to those waiting like me... I have a starting weight very similiar to yours, how tall are you if you don't mind me asking, just trying to pick a realistic goal for my height, I am just shy of 5'10.
