how do i get the scale on my profile. current wt, goal weight

How do i get the scale on the bottom of my messages? new to OH so learning my way around. thanks to those *****ply, much appreciated

Go to the top of the page to "tools"...then tickers..enter your info in health tracker..pretty self explanatory once you get in there..good luck

after you get it going and change it now and then remember to refresh your page ... I could not make mine work!!
