I went nearly 2 months without weighing, writing down my food or excessive exercise (been working on it in therapy) and I maintained

I also ran 10 miles this week and will add 3 more Saturday.

I still love my sleeve :)

I want to be you when I grow up! Or at least I want my sleeve to be like yours when it grows up! LOL. That's great!

That's fantastic.  So good to hear from people who are a few years out and doing so well.
I hope some day that will be me as well.

Great Job!

Wow!  Thanks for posting. I had a similar starting weight. At my highest I was a size 30. It never occurred to me that I could go below a 14. My target is set at 195 just because I have a hard time even fantasizing below 200.

I'm almost 2 months out- posts like yours are a big help.

My goal was a 14 too.  I got to a 10, but needed my LBL to get to the 6/8.  But I think it also has to do with your frame.  I have a larger bone structure and also more muscle mass then some people.  I am, in theory, "overweight with a bmi of 27, but none of my doctors consider me over weight at all and most want me not to lose more weight
